Nicola’s our CEO.
With more than 30 years of industry experience, there’s nothing she doesn’t know about payroll, payment processing, or bookkeeping and accounting!
Outside of work, Nicola loves nothing more than spending time with her family, Bruno the Jack Russell, and enjoying all that Manchester has to offer.

Alex Rawlinson,
our Operations Director
Alex, a qualified Payroll Manager, is responsible for all things operations.
His main role is liaising directly with employers, handling payroll queries so you don’t have to, and ensuring your payrolls run smoothly without interference.
Alex is a keen Manchester United fan and loves watching them with his friends and family. He also enjoys hiking and has climbed to the summit of Mount Snowdon many times.

Katie Olive,
our Client Relationships Director
Katie, a qualified Accountant, is our dedicated client relationships director.
She’ll be your main point of contact. Working closely with you from the start, she’ll ensure you’re onboarded smoothly, your payroll handover process is as painless as possible and you have everything you need during our work together.
When she’s not working, you’ll find Katie at the gym, walking her dog, Teddy, or socialising with friends and family.
